The Story!
- Bose India was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bose Corporation with retail presence across India & a web-store. I started my career at Bose and worked across the country in various positions.
- Timeline of responsibilities
- HEG Coordinator (October 1, 2008 to February 16, 2011)
- I was responsible for the Hotel Events Group at Bose India, conducting roadshows across India to identify potential markets. The sales generated during and after the events helped sustain the operations, resulting in a business channel with a healthy return on investment.
- Handled the call-centre for Bose India, offering both sales (telephonic & online) and customer support with a 6 member team.
- Key Accounts: Was responsible for sales of specialty products (Aviation Headsets & products for musicians)
- Managed online sales from Bose India’s website.
- Retail Sales (June 1, 2007 to September 8, 2008)
- Worked as a retail sales person (Demonstration Specialist) at Bose stores in Chennai, Hyderabad & Delhi.
- Was responsible for revenue & store operations.
